The concept of family life in Islamic civilization is regarded as a cornerstone of human society, founded on principles of love, compassion, and sacrifice. This system is established through marriage, aiming to provide moral strength to the community and ensure the stability of familial institutions. This study highlights the foundational principles of the Islamic family system, including parental responsibilities, the upbringing of children, and adherence to mutual rights. Additionally, the research compares the Islamic family framework with family concepts in other civilizations, showcasing its distinctiveness. The study also emphasizes how Islamic civilization has protected the rights of women, children, and vulnerable individuals, and examines the relevance of these principles in contemporary society.
