Abstract

This research paper explores the life and strategies of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the context of promoting peaceful coexistence during the early (Meccan) period of Islam. It analyzes the social, political, and religious environment of Mecca, highlighting the interactions among various tribes and religions and their implications. A comprehensive examination is conducted on the Prophet's preaching strategies, non-violent policies, and principles of tolerance towards other religions, illustrating how he established a social framework based on peace, justice, and harmony.Furthermore, this study elucidates the contemporary significance of the Prophet's strategies, particularly regarding the issues faced by Muslim minorities today. It offers guidance based on the teachings of the Prophet that can effectively address current challenges, fostering social peace and interfaith relationships. This research also emphasizes the necessity of promoting coexistence theories grounded in Islamic teachings to build a peaceful and just society.
